We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the beach and on a canal. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. The breakfast was great and the hotel is kept very clean. It was quiet inside despite being in a central location.
Nothing all good.

Only location
The hotel is terrible. Old and shaby, no air conditioning, no fridge, very poor breakfast. Staff do not speak English at all. High price for extremely low quality.

Room is small, bathroom even smaller, but you are 50m away from sea and if you just sleep in the room, this is not a big problem

The staff are lovely, welcoming, and polite. Perfect location near the beach and town. Clean and well-maintained rooms with fresh towels and linen. Nice design of newly renovated rooms. Friendly and attentive waiter at the restaurant.
Almost perfect.

We din´t really like anything. Is well located but all hotels in palavas are, so this is not good reasson.
First, when just arrived to hotel, the front desk manager treat as like never before happen in our lives. They were rude and first think he did was asking for the money, It was very suspicious for us so we asked for check first the room. They decline that and told us to pay in this moment. We did the reservation by booking so we couldnt get money back and decide to stay. When we asked for the invoice the front desk manager was so rude again and even laught about us in front of our faces. The room was even worst than treat, fournitures with 1 month uncleaned powder and covers smell like dirty head. Rubbish ben was full of used napkins and other papers, there is a restaurant just down starir and is all night smelling like fried chiken so you can even open the windows. Conclusion horrible. Better pay a little bit more in other pace... Ps: there is no wifi in the rooms just in the desk.

Spent New Year's Eve in this charming hotel and had a great experience! Loved the warm welcome from the friendly staff and the tasty breakfast they provided. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the beautiful view of the canal. We also enjoyed the unique and cozy design of the room, which made us feel at home.
There were a few minor drawbacks. Could have used some more hooks in the bathroom, but nothing too inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the beach and offered stunning views of the canal. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, and the fresh towels and bedding were a nice touch. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which made me feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. the service, location, and room amenities made for a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location is quite close to the beach and on a canal, which provides a nice view. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. There are some facilities available, such as a fridge in the room, parking, and a restaurant on site. However, some basics are missing, like glasses in the room or hooks in the bathroom.
There is one negative aspect worth mentioning. The quality of the materials used in some parts of the hotel are poor, such as broken doors and a broken toilet.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, such as the beach and town activities. We also appreciated the clean room and fresh towels provided each day.
There were some downsides to our experience. The air conditioning in our room was insufficient and made it uncomfortable to sleep.
